Early Voting Schedule
The Early Voting period will run from February 12 to February 28, 2026.
New Hanover County voters who wish to vote early may vote at the following locations:
New Hanover County Board of Elections Office - 226 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403
Northeast Library- David M. Paynter Room - 1241 Military Cutoff Road, Wilmington, NC 28405
Carolina Beach Town Hall- Police Training Room - 1121 N. Lake Park Blvd, Carolina Beach, NC 28428
Cape Fear Community College- McLeod Building (Entrance off Water St.) - 411 N. Front St., Wilmington, NC 28401
All locations will be open same dates and hours:
Thursday-Friday, February 12 & 13 – 8:00am-7:30pm
Saturday, February 14 – 8:00am-3:00pm
Sunday, February 15 – CLOSED
Monday-Friday, February 16-20 – 8:00am-7:30pm
Saturday, February 21 – CLOSED
Sunday, February 22 – 12:00pm -4:00pm
Monday-Friday, February 23-27 – 8:00am-7:30pm
Saturday, February 28 – 8:-00am-3:00pm
